Production and Processing Timeline

All STUDIO HIEDRA jewelry is made to order in our NJ studio. We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note that we allow ourselves 3-4 weeks for production. For rush orders, special sizing, and custom inquiries, please contact us and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Returns

Our jewelry is made to order, therefore all pieces are exempt from refund or exchange, however if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us to discuss as we genuinely want you to love your item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or you require an alternate size/ metal preference. Please contact us here at: info@studiohiedra and we will organize this with you.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as is determined on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping

For international orders we offer DHL (3-5 business days after ship date), in certain instances, there may be a remote area surcharge depending on the location. You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number. Once your order has shipped from our studio.

International Duties and Taxes

STUDIO HIEDRA is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
